– Selecting and ordering appropriate Functional Test
– Cost of Functional Test – paid separately
– Phlebotomy in clinic if required (if not home visit is arranged at additional charge)

– Summary recommendations to address results
Max 2x Functional Tests included
No commission is taken and clients pay wholesale price of test

Only available to clients who have completed Essential Nutrition, Advanced Nutrition and Complete Nutrition

– 5 x 30 min 1-1 Nutrition and Health Coaching Sessions over 12-week period

Cash and card only. Initial Acupuncture and Nutrition consultation payment is required when booking. Further Acupuncture treatment payment due at time of appointment.

CANCELLATIONS – I understand that sometimes your plans change and appointments need to be changed or cancelled. Please give Lucy Clarke at least 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice may be charged.
Cancellation policy for Nutrition Testing packages – After functional tests have been ordered it is not possible to cancel a testing package and no refunds are given.
